Shabu - Shabu or しゃぶしゃぶ in Japaness, it is a Japanese Nabemono hotpot menu of thinly sliced meat and vegetables boil in Dashi broth, and serving with Sesame Dipping Sauce. This menu have good combination flavor from Miso paste, vegetable and bone broth, I use as our house style Shabu - Shabu.

Total 90 Minutes at least for Dashi Broth Preparation
In a deep soup pot, added water into the pot and bring to boil at high heat. When the water start to bubble, then reduce heat to medium and added the pork bone. Leave it boil for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour. After that took the bone out from the pot.
