1 cup of Carrot, roughly chopped
1/2 cup of Onion, roughly chopped
1/4 cup of Celery, roughly chopped
1/2 cup of Rice Vinegar
1/3 cup of Canola Oil
3 tablespoons of Fresh Grated Ginger
2 tablespoons of Granulated Sugar/Honey
1-2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
1 small Garlic Clove

Put all ingredients into the blender and blends until everything corporates then transfer to an airtight container or serving in a dressing mug or pour over the green salad bowl.
The dressing can stay fresh for 5 to 7 days in the refrigerator.
