The soup have light flavor from homemade bone broth with vegetables, full of nutrients. The wontons are not that hard to make it at home as well. In this recipes I will tell you how to make your own wontons step by step. I wrap wontons with ground turkey but you can use ground chicken or pork, it won't change the texture. I'm not recommend to use ground beef because it will change the texture of this soup and it will be heavy meat inside the wonton wrap. The spotlight of this menu is bone broth if this broth taste good then this menu taste perfect. Let’s start!
